What's wrong with my seedling?

Pictures attached. I have been noticing my seedling leaves are curling down /drooping. I watered the plant yesterday because the pot seemed lighter in weight. But the drooping had started before that and it's only getting worst. Any solutions? Can it be saved? So far I have not noticed any discoloration of the leaves or haven't seen and sort of spots on the leaves?

You transplanted yesterday and then watered, which was enough to "overwater" because it's a small plant in a big pot-next time grow it larger while still in the cup (around 5 nodes). When I transplant the first time from a cup, I like to water the new pot a day or two before I transplant. Then, I transplant into the new pot (no need to feed the plant itself-it will draw in moisture from the surrounding media), and just leave it alone for several days without feeding. This really helps with root growth and getting established. You need to be careful not to water too soon with a small plant in a big pot. Wait until the entire pot gets light (might take several days)-you can fill an extra pot with the same media and completely saturate it, then use that as a reference to compare the weight of your potted plant. Your plant will be fine, just focus on proper watering and growing roots and a nice plant will follow. With coco, once the roots completely fill out a pot, then you can start feeding daily, but giving a slight wet dry cycle each time after transplanting just helps grow the roots faster so you can get to that point. It could actually be the temperature of water you’re using, or temps in general. If you’re growing led, it’ll be especially important to dial in VPD. I find the plants really enjoy hotter climate (ie: 29°C / 65% RH). Don’t water too much. Water, and let the pot almost dry out before watering again. Once the seedling gets a couple sets you can start lightly feeding

I know it was a bit too early, although the root network was pretty well developed when i took it out. Plus my cup was not draining properly, had no other choice but to move it to the only "Pot" available at that time. Also, with bit more drier soil, I thought it'll help with water saturation in the soil. Come to think of it I really shouldn't have done anything at all and should have just left the cup to dry out for few days. Oh well. I have two other sprouts with whom I won't be making the same mistake again. It's a good think they are regular seeds and not FEM or Auto. I was ready to kill the plant if it turned out to be a male.

So what should I do now? just leave the pot alone and not bother it for few days no matter how the seedling behaves during this time or still try to damage control?

Potting Mix with Perlite, I'm sure there is some coco mixed in it too.

This is how the pot and the seedling look like now. medium looks much drier than the pictures. Had to lower brightness on the camera which is making the medium look darker than it should.

I think it would benefit you if i could get you more comfortable with leaving them in cups longer (16oz, it's standard dont change that).

This is a clone but i leave my seedlings in them just as long without concern. I feed a nute mix every day when they get a certain size.yes even in soil...those 160z have no real nutes you have to feed

Now, there's just way too much to cover for a new grower so ill say those seedlings might recover, dont fk with em if you've overwatered...may take weeks for them to reverse course, im not joking....weeks.or they may pop back by tomorrow we dont know what exactly it is....maybe you disturbed the roots too much and that's why they're limp, idk. But rurumo pointed out overwatered is mucho no bueno you picked up on that im sure.

Yes my seedling looked like a star yesterday morning. You are right, I shouldn't have moved it so soon. But it was already droopy in the cup, I thought it was going to die. For now I'll just leave it alone and focus on the remaining two sprouts. The two sprouts are in the seedling tray, ideally when should I move those to solo cups ?

Personally, I'd use a clear cup inside the dark cup. This way you can check on the root system without having to disturb the plant, and you know exactly where the root system is. You transplanted way too early. My plants usually get 10-12" tall before they are root bound and need to be transplanted.
It's going to take a bit for that plant to grow into the larger pot you up potted to. Don't get discouraged if it seems like it "stalled" it will eventually start growing into the larger pot size.

After going through couple of weeks of Germination pains, and killing the first two germinated seeds. This seed survived ME. I wasn't sure if it was going to be a male or female but it pains me to see the seedling so sad and droopy.

Take it one day at a time, don't overwater, and let it do its thing. And your still quite a ways away from telling if its male or female unless your using FEM seeds.
These plants are pretty resilient and can take some abuse, albeit, they sometimes don't like it, but they will bounce back.
I had one that stalled for almost a month, I was going to pitch it, then poof, one day it just started to take off, and I'm glad I didn't pitch it, because it produced over 2#'s of spectacular bud outside in the swamp boxes.

No it's not feminized, it's a regular "Afghan Landrace" seed. Although, in the hindsight maybe I should have ordered FEMs'. At least the pain I'm feeling right now would have been justified. For now I might be crying over a male plant. lmfao

Assuming the potting mix was pretty well saturated when you transplanted, I wouldn't be surprised if it's over a week before it needs watering again.

So after all I couldn't control myself and repotted it back to the solo cup but this time I got rid of most of the medium stuck in the tiny root ball, gave it some rooting powder and kept the cup as dry as it can be. Cup now almost weights nothing. Leaves curling down/drooping seems to be reversing. Don't think there was any new growth from the top just the leaves starting to go back up again. What do you think ?
