Are you showing any deficiencies with the 1.8?

Nope, but it's only been a couple of weeks. I switched over at week-4 of flowering. Runoff EC at that rate has been higher than the input EC, so I will likely scale it back a bit. I also don't run CO2, so the plants can only use so much.

I switched over mid-cycle from Jacks and went in at 1.8, which is already higher than I typically feed.

I’m going to run a plant going by their schedule & another going off 50% to see how it goes. Probably won’t be starting that particular grow til after the holidays. Got a lot going now (for me anyways) The blended line only goes up to 2.6 I think tho. I’ll see what it’s all about. I figure they slid me some nutes for free.. least I can do is try their way on a plant. Can’t hurt. I’ll do a journal on it once I get it started up.

I want to run a side by side myself, but that means setting up a separate res and stuff. I might do it for my next run.

Got a question about blended line. Athena just sent me a BUNCH of free samples (like 25 gallons.. grow & bloom A&B, cleanse, balance, PK, calmag and stack) and I’m gonna be running it in promix hp with added perlite and lime. I usually have to water every other day, should be be feeding every watering or say every other watering? According to Athena that is a feed only program and he said the nutrients are supposed to build up in my promix. Sounds like a road to trouble with feeding every watering… Anyone have any advice on frequency of feedings?

I was thinking my feeding schedule was gonna be

balance 5ml per gallon
Cleanse 2ml per gallon
Calmag 3-5ml per gallon
Grow A & B 11ml per gallon
Stack 2 ml per gallon

and then for bloom, all the same except

bloom A&B @ 12ml per gallon
Pk 4ml, 6ml, 9ml, 10ml, 12ml (at different weeks of bloom

should I be feeding this much if I’m watering every other day? I’ve used advanced for so long, feel like a nute newbie lol

I’m running like 30x 4x4 tents with mostly 1000 double ended mh/HPS and just bought a few led fixtures (yes I’m late to the party with leds)... In 3 of the tents im gonna run Athena vs. advanced vs. Neptune’s harvest and see which outcome my people like the best. But would like to know about the frequency of the Athena feedings cause I do my advanced water feeding water feeding and so on….

Alright, 3rd package showed up with 6x 10lb boxes of their pro line. I just turned the lights off in my greenhouse a couple days ago, I wonder if my plants would be ok if I switched nutes the next time my rez needs to be filled or if thats just asking for trouble.

I dig how they have divided up the 10lb pro boxes into 2lb packets that you simply have to dump into a 1 gallon jug and add water to make a stock concentrate. I might have to bust out my vac sealer and do that with my remaining jacks when I have some time.

I have just started some Jack Herer youngsters (4 nodes, first top) on Athena Pro feeding @1.5 they look hungry but 2 from 10 showing very slght burn on the very tips. They also have purple stems and darker leaf veins. Any advise.

Well. 92lbs of Athena nutes just showed up at my door. Grow, grow a, pk (2), cal mag, cleanse, balance, small bottle IPM, small bottle stack.

can’t believe this. Wow. Incredible. Gonna have to learn how to use these.

at work we just use core grow bloom balance and cleanse.

I like the IPM, I’d probably buy it if it weren’t $75 a bottle.

Our stems at work are quite purple. Balance cleanse core grow bloom.

I didnt get any IPM though
