Gloves that trichs won't stick to?

I'm thinking in an alternate method and Il be straight I don't know the answer to what I am about to propose.

Many people make tinctures with everclear.

Will everclear eat up latex? If not dip the glove in that or what ever else dissolves thc in that way and try to make something out of that.

Again. I'm high. Just brain storming some possibilities and do not make tinctures so fuck if I know if am posing an actual solution

Totally do-able, but you won't have a good handle on potency until the end of the process.

Basically you'd do this (probably easier to let the fingers of the glove sit in alcohol to dissolve off the THC, then evaporate off the alcohol to end up with oil. Decarb that oil and weigh it, assume that your end potency is probably ~85% of that.

I keep a big box of nitrile gloves on hand anyway...I use them for things like handling high-heat lightbulbs when changing them (keeps skin oils off of bulbs to prevent failure), chopping very hot peppers, and/or anything else which is messy/sticky, they're cheap so might as well have some on hand anyway. I've used them for handling while trimming and while I'm sure everyone does their best not to touch the flower when trimming, it does happen as you go if you're doing hours upon hours.

buck your buds down so they have a long stem like a lollipop and you can minimize touching the flowers. I mostly just do a quick rough trim and then do the final trim right before I smoke.

Rub a little coconut oil into the fingers that will contact the buds and it takes a long time before anything sticks enough to get in the way. A little Fast Orange hand cleaner for automotive use when done and hands are spotless.

It soaks into the skin fast so it's not greasy and works like barrier cream that some mechanics etc like to use so grease and oil wash right off. I scrape my scissors for some hash and wipe them with paper towel with a bit of coconut oil on it and done in 15 sec. By the time the Fiskars get sticky enough for cleaning it's time to rest these old eyes for a few min anyways.

Save the nitrile gloves for working on machinery or robbing the house down the street.
