Problem Getting Flowering

Im trying to get some aurora indica to flower, but its been a no-go. The plant is appx 2 feet tall, and bushy as can be. Green, healthy etc, but will not kick into flowering.

Ive had 24 hr day light, cut to 12 and still nothing. I even let the light drop to around 6 hrs a day, but no buds.

Any ideas?

Thanks!

How long have you had the lights at 12/12, and is it absolutley dark in the room during lights off?

Based on the sentence in your signature, I don't believe anything you just said.

they take 2 or 3 weeks into flowering to show any sign.and like odgrop says complete darkness is very important.no more light that faint moonshine...if indoors no light

Well I'm going to go ahead and say you didn't have it at 12/12 long enough, and don't get impatient and change it to six hours light! Just give it some time and make sure you let NO LIGHT touch them during the dark period.
