I’ve been using Envy dry nutrients. Basically like Jack’s except it’s only 2 parts. I grow in Pro Mix HP or lately Sunshine 4. Great results and really affordable. Been in business making this since the 60’d for hydroponic growers so it’s been proven.

Have you run an entire cycle with this stuff? I picked it up off Amazon a few months ago because it popped up in a search and its cheap and from what I can tell is pretty much identical to Jacks

I’ve run 2 complete grows and starting a 3rd. Really easy to use. Warm water works best. Especially with Part A. I got a cheap magnetic stirrer and a beaker set. Easy. I’ve posted pictures of buds in the frostiest bud thread using these.

edit add: they have this feeding schedule that calls for doubling the standard feeding for a couple of weeks. Suggest not doing that by measurement. The EC is out of sight using good tap water. Don’t know what that’s about. 1 teaspoon part A in a half gallon of water and 1/2 teaspoon part B in another half gallon. Mix together and feed. Cal mag is included. Unlike Jack’s requiring Epsom salts.

Yeah I’ve found that both part A and B mix easily with a bit of warm water. I’ve been adding Epsom and mixing everything at the 3.6-2.4-1.1 ratio and so far everything looks good. Had some initial cal issues at first but I think it was mostly due to not mixing strong enough I’ve been mixing full strength now and everything seems good.

Best choice of nutes is to mix it 50:50 with compost add a few tbsp of dry amendments at planting and and at flip and then water as needed. Kiss

You don’t need epsom. Part A has the magnesium.

I use gaia green with promix, no plans on ever changing as long as they are still available.

Reminds me I need to pick up a couple 20kg bags soon

I've finally moved from using Miracle-Gro moisture control soil 0.18-0.10-0.10 to promix and now want to change up the nutes too.

Indoor growing, flowering in 3x3 tent
Marshydro FCE-3000, 300 watt
18/6 veg 12/12 bloom
3 gal Fabric pots
Promix HP mycorrhizae
City Tap water

I'm using a "keep it simple" growing method, so I just water/feed every couple days.

Currently using blue salts Miracle-Gro 24-8-16 veg and 15-30-15 bloom

I've just sowed 8 seeds for the next run, so I will be choosing nutes based on feedback.
Stay away from Miracle Grow. Use a neutral medium and control everything. I use promix and just a little bit of ocean from fox farms after germinating make a small bowl of thick pasty mychorizza and cover the roots entirely with the paste i squeeze my rooting plugs and get the plugs soaked with the paste. You should have the plant breaking out in about 4 days. Then stay with a consistent nutrient schedule preferably of the same company. mix your nute manufacturer and follow the normal schedule. 3 weeks veg. Maybe 4 and flip. You’ll be fine
