You'll find some good stuffHonestly Not impressed with the Jersey and New York beer scene so far. The best east coast I have found is from Maryland. The art work is total rad .

if it's anything like CO, bad breweries don't last long. You'll find some good stuff
A lot of beer on the shelves are contracted brew. Some guy wins a homebrew competition then gets a brewery to make it and can or bottle it. I've seen it, I worked with a small micro a long time back. They made good beer but this one guy came in with his recipe.......oh man it was horrible. Cool label though lol I still have one pinned to my shop wall.if it's anything like CO, bad breweries don't last long.
that would be so cool to try to make a batch. i've dabbled in homebrewing but just basic recipes/techniques.A lot of beer on the shelves are contracted brew. i'll still check on craigslist for somebody getting rid of a nice setup for cheap. i don't really have the space for it in the garage but i'm sure i could make it fit if needed.I used to do a lot of homebrewing. Well fermentation in general.
Haven't brewed beer in a bunch of years. I still have a lot of equipment. Usually make some cider around this time of year. I lost a apple connection and never really make more then 5gal now. The last big batch was about 35gal.i'll still check on craigslist for somebody getting rid of a nice setup for cheap. i don't really have the space for it in the garage but i'm sure i could make it fit if needed.

I tried Brooklyn lager on tap and it was horrible.most of the dogfish head from delaware is pretty solid. brooklyn brewery had some good stuff too.
It’s nothing like Colorado. There is a radio station for metal heads here. Lol . It keeps things real. Cromags in Newark next show. I have lived in too many pussy ass towns the last like … decade. It’s good to be home where shit gets real. Trendy brewery’s are no match for dive bars..if it's anything like CO, bad breweries don't last long.
i checked out their website and that wasn't the brewery i was thinking of. my bad!!!I tried Brooklyn lager on tap and it was horrible
i probably haven't even heard the name cro-mags since the 90's since i read your post!!!. lol. i'll have to look the tour dates up.Yeah, they are . Final tour. They r Not coming to Colorado? Lol

How about these guys. Another oldie but goodie. They are playing at the Independent in Asbury Park next month. Don’t you love these small venues?. They are the only ones I like to attend anymore. The only band I see myself in a large venue is for Tooland nope, not anywhere even close to me. nothing on the west coast either. unless they add more tour dates later @Dr.Amber Trichome
