It's Nueske's bacon, this time apple wood smoke although I also have 5# of cherry on hand. It's so good you only need 1 slice ;D

I would call it a success, a simple batter that is supposed to be a copy of Long John Silvers. I added a tsp of Emeril's Cajun spice mix, should have added more.

3 egg ham and cheese omelet with sourdough toast.
I'm all caught up now.

Homemade onion rings. I'd eat that. Love to fry in beef tallow for Belgian fries and dip.

I have that same problem when I go into some of the Asian markets around here. I buy stuff and then have to figure out how to use it.
