If trying to control height you’re better off supercropping or using LST at this stage. Or twisting stems instead of snapping.

I always cut it clean if topping i aint a fan of pinching it out or snapping it off and make sure the scissors or secateurs you using are clean and sterile also mate

So what do you find funny?
The scissors and the sterility. Absolutely unnecessary. Just finished running over 50 in a greenhouse and another 25 under lights. If I had to use sterile scissors I’d still be trying to finish. But it’s harmless I guess to wipe down scissors. I just walk through pinching and snapping with dirty fingers and all thrived.

It is my dream to be able to run and stock my own Amsterdam style coffee shop, in the UK. But it'll never happen whilst we are governed by the "school tie" brigade and boomers are allowed to vote.

Even in legal places (like some states here in the US) that isn't possible. Here in NY they're not giving licenses for farm-to-table style operations. If you get a grow license, you can't get a retail license or a distro license, and vice versa. They're carving up the legal retail ecosystem, I guess in hopes that it helps smaller/minority run businesses, though I'm not sure that it does that, though social equity is definitely part of their aim.

America has the weirdest laws in the world, I don't get how it can be legal in one state, yet not in another. TBH I could just go and work in the Netherlands.

The UK is an Autocracy. We have a head of state that no one elects, an upper house that no one elects and a government that is elected by a minority. Unless the ruling classes suddenly all become stoners it will always be criminal. The only way it will become legal is if the ruling class can make some money.

Its not legal on a federal level (country wide), it's only legal in states where they've made it legal, and the feds don't really care unless there's a 'big target' for them to go after. Each state has it's own capitol with elected law-makers and a governor to legislate & govern...so in many ways a state is like a lesser version of a country....so that's why some states are legal and not others. And laws & regulation on a state level differ by state.
