Grew out some pine tar kush from csi/pirate and made seeds. The parent plants and the one grown from seed were very piney. Have one hanging now. The scent is delightful strong pine, shoe polish type odor

i recently pheno hunted a bunch of seeds including csi's PTK but to me it's not really pine, shoe polish for suure, tiger balm, my wife's favorite strain from that hunt

Pinesoul pheno of goji og is very piney

FritterDawg from green point. I ran it twice. It’s so strong pine that people literally calling it a Christmas tree. Reminds me of being a child climbing the pine trees for hours. Then when you got home. Your hands and clothes smells of straight pine tree sap.

anyways, i'm always looking for pine, in that hunt i had guerilla fumé from lucky dog seeds, has 2 delightful pine phenos, not solvent or pine-sol more enchanted morning after rain pine forest, black licorcie too, og flavor, there's another pheno more rich pine perfume/christmas/pot pouri it's my favorite tasting weed of all time, the effect is super strong indica like, and i had 3 more phenos with no pine, carefull tho i got some mold the buds are too dense for how humoungous they get, and of course the pine phenos are ugly as hell, somehow they look good in the jar

Check out old purp genetics like urkle, mendo p, gdp, they are often very high in pinene.

yeah my ugly guerilla fume #4 but i got a pretty one too the #3




that one isn't all that piney tho it's more greasy like, to show that not all phenos are ugly, or piney lol

they all sound good! lol . the stuff i remember was around 2012. my friend had some stuff i thought was a nicer variant of diesel. it tasted similar to diesel but way more pine flavor. he usually had stuff from large scale growers so i thought maybe trainwreck or chemdawg?

Bodhi soulmate. All were amazingly piney with a bit of skunk. Just finished a round. People love it. Has goji pinesol in it so I imagine you would find something similar in any of those pinesol crosses.

I literally just dropped a ILGM Durban Poison fem, supposed to be a nice piney cultivar. I'll try to remember and chime in here in about 3 months

Honestly I can't complain! She's been super easy to grow, even in too small of a pot. Plain-jane looks but she smells super nice, not piney but just has that nostalgic greenbud smell, like that first time you smelled really good weed

Another vote for Pine Tar Kush! Mine came from a friend who bought it from Tom Hill over 20 years ago. Of the 5 different plants I grew, the first was the strongest pine aroma! Still haven't seen anything to rival it, in the last 5 years. Grew it outdoors, super sticky, almost 8 feet tall, buds were not as dense as a couple of the others I grew, surprisingly "up" high!

I don't have any experience with CSI, but I saw that they did a big preservation project with PTK, using multiple generations and that bodes well! If I were buying PTK seeds that is where I would go.

There was a strain going around a few yers ago and it was called "Christmas Tree". It actually smelled like walking through a Christmas tree lot. I don't think there was anything special about the smoke, though....just smelled nice.

A big, open preservation run is done with no selections. You're going to have to hunt through those PTK to find what you want. I've tried to tell people it wasn't going to be all pine and they don't listen so I doubt this will sway you. There is at least 1 in this thread I told and they found no pine. I also have had 0 pine from the ones I have run from that batch but lost interest after a handful. Maybe see if CSI has any Good Ol Days left as the 3 I ran were all on the pine spectrum.

1 of the 5 I grew from my source, not CSI, was very piney, one was somewhat piney, the other 3 kind of earth and hash, but not strong aromas. 2 were very purple, almost black, one had some purple, one solid green, and the piniest one got just a tinge late in flower. They also varied a decent amount in frost and final size, as well as bud density. All outdoor grown ecept for one indoor seed run.

Don't laugh... Strongest pine flavor ever in many decades. Ultra Skunk by Dutch Passion. Yeah yeah I got Glue still from Joesy and I've had Xmas bud and pine tar this and that but damn if you put even a tiny piece of Ultra Skunk in a multi strain doobie it cut right through it all. They were hermi prone so be warned and I don't even know if there available but trust me on the pine. It was like a tangie having such a strong orange flavor but full on pine sap/pine needles flavor.
