hey yall. im very new to roll it up, not sure exactly were and how to properly post. i do rather have a few simple questions i would love to know the anwsers to if someone so kind would gladly help me.
Q1: i have been growing my cannabis plants outdoor for approx 2 months now i thought i would experiment on one by trying to top it and i cut it approx 4 nodes down on the stem to try encourage a shorter bushier plant. NOW, when i cut it the stem was hollow and the inside of my stem up top is exposed, its getting little brown edges around the hollow part.
did i cut it to low? will the exposed hollow bit up top be a problem? should i plug the hollw tip of my stem up with something? or is it going to die cause i think i stuffed up.

any help would be appreciated... thanks guy.:wall:

you dont wait so long and cut also its outside dude you should have topped way sooner. The hollow part means you cut it way to low but its going to be fine and will just start growing from the closest shoots below the cut will become the branches. Next time try fim instead of top. All you need to do is pinch the top half from the growth spot or leafs in the middle the point straight up then lay down as they push upward. Take the tip off that growth but leave a bit of it there. topping you would remove the entire growth and force the two on the sides to take off, with the FIM instead of the two you sometimes get 4-6 growths or branches from the same spot. When your two growths start this time give them a week or two and then pinch just the top of the new growth and leave the base, you will see the remaining growth grow out the weird looking leaves but also an explosion of growth causing several branches sometimes instead of just two, this is also way less stressful and the plant does not need to snap out of it to start growing again

It will heal, but I would probably put somthing up there to protect it until it does - even just a piece of duct tape, would help.
