I bought a 150watt meanwell non dimmable and after it showed up my qb96 got refunded. Has been now three times any suggestions on what I could run thought about qb288 but I believe it'd be over powered.

HLG's Diablo board will damn sure take 150 watts. Purchase a Diablo board with appropriate slate heating (HLG sells them as a bundle. Just don't wire it backwards, this can damage the board (in the case of the Diablo only, other boards won't care).

Also, GroMaus pucks are still around. Add a fan to the heatsink the board comes with and you will be good to go. I wouldn't run the puck at 150 watts without a fan on the heating. Rapid led and ChilLED still have pucks in stock.

They have been out for a while. Wonder if he's getting the sink bundle? Maybe they don't have the bare qb96's anymore.
@PadawanWarrior has several of them unused in his closet. You guys could make an arrangement.

HLG sells a kit with a 200 watt driver, heatsink and Diablo board. 150 should be fine, I'm vegging a 3x3 with one set to 138 watts

FWIW, rather than the HLG-320H-54B I suggest getting AB dimming, both types for only $5 more.
