How old is it. If anything you might just want to let your cup dry a little bit in between the watering‘s and bring your light a little bit closer and you should be fine it looks young still.

Yeah I would just pay attention to my watering habits a little better make sure that you’re not overwatering it that will cause slow growth but she still looks green and nice A plant that small should only be getting a few milliliters of water a few times a day keeping the soil around it and under it lightly moist not dry and not real wet

I'm always so afraid of them getting too dry, I think I'm going a little overboard on it.

Is that in pure sphagnum peatmoss?

Looks alive and it’s a weed
Weeds are resilient but patience isn’t common
I would make sure light is adequate and temps are in the 70’s and keep going
