Can you identify the strain?

Saw these seedlings growing in a pot meant for marigold plants. I am pretty sure this is a cannabis seedling. This one looks like the Indica strain that I'm currently growing myself. The other one looks slightly slightly different I think could be the same strain too. What do you guys think?
By the way I am trying to snatch these three away but it'll have to be a mission since they are outside my office building and the marigold pots belong to my office.

Wasn't my idea, my office gardner did that plus friggin' drowned them with water after potting them. I had little say in this.
