3 weeks into flower. 1st grow ever. Help.

I'm having issues getting my lux even throughout my plant. If I'm running both plants at 100% I'm getting from 40-75,000 lux throughout except for the top buds which I'm worried are getting far too much light at 110,000 lux. I'm not really sure what else to do besides take her out and just hang my lights in my closet. When I adjust the dimmer to about 75,000 lux for the top colas, everything from about 1/4 down from the top is getting like 30,000 lux and under which I'm worried the buds won't develope underneath or if I bump the lights I'm worried I'll burn my tops and the rest of my plant will be fine. Any suggestions? I'm about 3 weeks into flower. Lights are up against the top of the tent and are about 7 inches away from the top colas.

I did supercrop. It was a little late but I got as much done as I could. I basically cropped to keep everything centered under the lights bc the hoods aren't very big so I was worried about coverage. If that makes sense.

Get rid of the zip ties trying to gather your plant in the center. And as far as Lux on the lowers, welcome to indoor lighting, the farther you get away from the light, the lower the intensity, that's just how it works, the tops will ALWAYS receive more intense light than the lowers, there isn't a way to get an "even" distribution top to bottom.
As far as your lower buds "underdeveloping", they will be just fine, they won't be large like the tops, but once again, that how it works.

You'll probably burn your plant at 75k lux-the others have it right, take off zip ties, stick a piece of bamboo in the pot, supercrop your branches...meaning, whatever distance you want to your light from the canopy...bend your plants at that distance, then tie them down, and tie them to the bamboo for support. Those branches are skinny, each one will need support, and be careful not to break them off when you supercrop. Plant wire wrapped around the 90% bend will help support the weight of the branch until the bend forms a callus and heals. Try more like 50k lux at the canopy once you have them tied down and even.

For a first grow I’d be happy as heck with these results so far.
It's definitely been quite the learning experience. I hope I get a good yield. I'd guess I have at least another month for these to mature. I told myself when I started I'd be happy seeing one bud. There's a few more than I thought lol

In picture #2, looks like leaf stems where you cut the leaf off. Cut them as close to the main stalk as possible. Later in bud, those stems will cause you problems, AKA bud rot.
Ok. I'll get on it. They're fan leaf stems I didn't pluck I just plucked the leaves to get em out of the way. Thanks for the info. Bud rot isn't something I wanna experience at all.

Let's adjust your expectations, you have closer to 2+ months. Those plants are just starting to flower. I'm assuming you've been 3 weeks of 12/12?

18/6 and yes 3 weeks. See this is why I like this forum. No bullshit. I appreciate the realism. What should I expect in the next 2 months? I've been doing 2 daily feedings using dyna gro bloom nute. Feeding pH is 5.9 and EC is about 1.1 I tested runoff this morning however and pH was 5.4, ppm was around 530 I believe. Using coco coir perlite mix. About 80/20 I'd say. I pH my water after adding nutes as the nutes I use bring my water down to about 4.5 after I add them.

Oh so it's an auto? I can't help you with coco.

It's still early yet, but it's better to be proactive. I've had it happen to me in my earlier years. I'm primarily an outdoor grower, (usually just do 1 indoor run a year) and it's something that I have to watch very closely towards the end, as I grow in a swampy area, and the stems, if left will not dry up, they turn to mush and reek havoc on the inside of buds.
You've made it this far, and for a 1st time grower, looking a lot better than some others I've seen.
Keep at it, and the end result will be worth the time and effort.
