don't some fishing weights (lead) have plastic coatings? or plasti-dip them?

Yea I've contemplated just spraying plasti-dip on washers, and even read its safe for aquariums. However, I haven't seen anything that says it won't react to nutrients/salts/additives, etc.. I'm not 100% sure it won't leach because of that.

I hear that some krylon fusion spray paints work fine in salt water aquariums too. No flaking after years and years. I know if would flake off metal though, getting moved around and rubbing the bottom.

What are the guidelines for setting those up?

cut your hose lengths the same, feed them through holes drilled under the lids hook your airstones to the ends in the buckets and the other ends to your air pump. Not much to it. Use black tubing to keep light fromfeeding through into your res

You have to TOP FEED Thru 10" Net Pots Of Coco Powder...IF YOU DO IT WRONG ...The Coco FALLS RIGHT THRU The NET

You need to keep the AIR LINES equal in Length to prevent Uneven Air flow to Your Air Stones....
THEN, You Have to Stream Line Clones @ 14/10 Light Cycles ...Until The Roots Break The 10" net pot Bottoms...
Then Lolli PoP to 4 Main Nodes & FLIP to 12/12 or 11/13...
Each bucket is about 1ft ...so 4 buckets in a row @ 4 rows...
Each Clone Should put out 2oz MAX...
I prune Hard AF...to avoid canopy issues.
REZ Change is a PITA but 2 lbs. in a 4x4 is GOLD. (Was Gold...Its not even cool to pull that type of WT. any more)
You need to know The Strain Inside Out before You Try IT...To Eliminate Fumbling With Feed issues.
IF I was going to do it AGAIN, I would aim for 16 different clones in the SOG Style


Also, You CAN take a small piece of tube hose & insert IT into the Air Pumps "Intake"...That will SILENCE the fucking Heavy Duty BUZZING.
That shit gets loud & its on 24/7.

Yeah the whole pump thing goes over my head a little. I'd just get 2 pumps with 8 points on it, job done. What's the quietest air pump you all have experience with. I was looking at the linear air pumps. They work in a different way to the regular hailea pumps

I was freaking out...The AT600 is a beast.

You can see the 100ft & the Air stone...I transplanted back to DWC 3-4 days later...



This Is 2 Days Later...I knew that DWC & The AT600 would BALLOON these cuts into Almost Light DEP size plants
There is NO WAY to finish 6 buckets in a 4x4 with this type of output...
My housemates Raided This Grow Before I could Flower. $750 in clones...Trashed.


This Is The T5 growth...It looks like any LED on the market Today...
2 - 8 bulb T5s run 864w Vs Most LEDs run 250-400w...2014

Bubbles uneven because Air stones are crap. Your lucky to get 1 good one out of 4. Its usually the inside wasn't drilled properly ( I think, unless they are cast), with half the pores blocked up from the manufacturing. However they make them, it's not a very good process IMO, and that goes for most brands I've tried.

I don't grow in the house often, but when I do, I have a whole fleet of smaller aquarium pumps, that are virtually noiseless. The cheap walmart kind or whatever. One for each plant site. Its just as cheap to buy multiple smaller air pumps than one or 2 larger ones too.

Outside in my grow trailer rooms though, I use bigger air pumps. I can still hear them in the driveway when I walk past, and even a sheriff one time, lol. Noisy things they are.. No way I will put up with that noise if I grew inside. Not even the large dual diaphragm style pumps that claim to make little noise.

Putting your stones on a looped manifold will help. Having the air come in from both sides will equalize the pressure towards the farthest ones down the line. You don't need to run as much tubing that way either, although just making them the same length will work, you'll have a ton of tubing to deal with. Or you can adjust flow by adding little valves for each stone. Little 1/4 valves are cheaper than running full lengths of tubing to each stone i'm sure.

Better yet, skip all that BS, and get a used medical grade oxygen concentrator of the marketplace, and pump in pure oxygen to a venturi fitting into the feed lines, lol.







Or, drop a HHO on demand fuel cell down in the res, and split the water back into hydrogen and pure oxygen. (I tried and its weak, but fun to play with!)

Yahoo medical grade air I'd be inhaling it myself. I need a quiet pump. I'm doing it in a shed that's beside a sidewalk, it's also damn quiet here, you'd hear a pin drop especially in the evening when people walk dogs. I'll shop around I know the air curtain things definitely bring humming down alot
