Time to repot?

It has been in the tent for 3 days. What was the light source before that?

Just a small grow light, nothing big or fancy. I kept them in the closet with that and on the grow mat because I had to buy a heater for when lights were off in the tent

Looks like a nice setup. These guys will help you with getting your lighting dialed in. As far as transplanting, I'd wait at least a week to transplant, maybe longer depending on how it adapts to the new light. Although I just looked at the cups as mentioned not much soil in them might become an issue if kept that way for a week under the new lighting.

I usually transplant out of 500ml pots around 14 days. They are looking a bit stunted for 2.5 weeks though. Whats your light/environment like?

That's a wee bit "stunty" for 2.5 weeks, but nothing horrible. I say wait at least 1, maybe 2 more weeks. The whole point of benefiting from transplant, is to let a decent rootball establish; your plants as they sit, if you pulled up the medium it would probably just all fall apart. You want more root mass, it's the whole point.

Looks good, even the one with the wonky leaves I'm certain it'll grow out of whatever that is. Probably just didn't like your watering habits, but as it grows it'll get stronger and more tolerant. The other one looks basically perfect. Nice job, keep it up!
