Is this ready to harvest?

Hi folks.
one of my plants seems to be maturing quicker than others.
this is 7 weeks into flowering.
do you think it’s ready to harvest? If not how long do you reckon?
also if certain buds on a plant look ready but others don’t is it wise to harvest the buds that are ready and leave the others on a little Longer ? Cheers

Not ready yet. But almost there probably few more weeks I’m in the same boat rn one of my plants looks “Done” what does the top cola look like?

This is done,the one at the bottom ,2 more weeks.

If the top colas are done you can chop them and let the ones that aren’t done yet continue to ripen for a bit longer

Or chop all at same time just depends what you want
