Turn it down full if you want to use that light cause clones do not need a lot. But IMHO, that's a pretty large rig for cuttings. CFL's or small LED bulbs are enough light for clones.

Something like this would work:

Not only would the above work (better imo) they'll give of some form of heat, your light at a suitable clone intensity will be stone cold unless you are using a heater.
