They look too far gone so I wouldn’t waste much time on them. Sit them to the side while you pop some new beans and see if they rebound and cross your fingers. These plants can take some serious punishment but not so much when they are that small.

I'm sure you can nurse her back to health but she has slowed down a bunch so it will take some time regroup and start growing fast so if you got more seeds pop one and get good start with no delay you won't regret it
