Market prices are pretty reasonable for Christmas

SOFT SHELL Lobster Prices 12/7/2022

1 lb. (chix) – $6.99
1 1/4 lbs. – $7.99
1 1/2 lbs. – $8.99
Thats not too bad. Roughly 12 bucks a piece for the larger soft shells. The last haul I bought down in Eastport were around the same price, but they were hard-shell. I've always felt like the softs were too much work for minimal reward, lol.

LOL my wife and I used to get this one pizza when having the bad munchies. It had lobster and scallops all over it with lots of garlic butter. Oh man I'm craving that lol we are having pizza tonight so it made me think of it :weed:
My favorite pizza is prawns, pepperoncini peppers, and an obscene amount of garlic. It tastes almost like shrimp scampi on a pizza.

I’ll have to give it a try with lobster and scallops!

I've had that on white pizza, with garlic pesto sauce. It's really good actually

I could get down with that. A creamy garlic parm seafood pizza with fresh herbs. Maybe even toss on some spinach or tomatoes

My first baking experience was in High School.

I took a home economics class. My first cake was a chocolate cake with chocolate icing.

It did not turn out looking like the picture.
Looking sad, I poured/slathered more and more "Icing" on it to cover up the uneven condition of the cake itself.

When finished, it looked more like a cow pie than a chocolate cake.

The first cake, although not the last, was less than presentable once complete.

That situation and time frame precludes pictures.
This pic is close.

We didn't have any food classes in High School. But I signed up for FOODS and Home Economics in junior high since we made food in both. FOODS was my favorite class of all time. Everyday we made something good to eat, :bigjoint:
