Still new to growing. Just wondering if this guy looks like he needs to start getting nutes?

Haven't started any nutes yet. He's about 7 weeks into veg and have had some over watering problems but I haven't started feeding yet because he's in FFOF and FFHF with a little bit of perlite and compost. But he's been in this mix about 4 weeks. I have the Lotus Bloom nutes

Ok that could be it because it's just the bottom couple leaves doing that but I repotted inyo the 3 gal too soon and was watering 1/2 gallon every 3 days at first and I was drowning both of my plants but this one has made a good recovery considering what she was looking like a couple weeks ago. I have another plant same size and everything that just hasn't really made the recovery this one has. I let both pots dry completely out before I watered about 1/4 gallon just a couple days ago for the size they were the 1/2 gallon was just drowning them and i made the mistake of watering them every few days for the first 2 weeks like that

This is the other one that just hasn't really came back to life yet

All that may be unrelated too
Different phenos grow different
Strain is just a profile
If you are letting them dry that much I encourage you to use a wetting agent or dawn dish soap a drop is plenty for 5 gallons
