What am I missing about this light? Seems like packs a serious punch. 1000+ ppfd at every spot in a 4x4, Samsung and osram diodes, 8 bars and nearly 3000 pcs LEDs.

I like that the bars look user replaceable. I wonder if you can buy just one bar in the future. I'd have to return my whole lighting fixture if one bar dies.

I’m running 2 fce4800s right now in my 4x8 no complaints so far one thing I will say is I have them on 80% after that the bars are hot to touch but the girls love them

Mine lit on fire and Mars refuses to replace it. Spend the extra money and get an actual light.

That’s crazy makes me nervous w mine now ‍♂
Keep an eye on the connector between the driver and the light. I had two(before the first one melted) and they both got very hot at that connector. I am getting rid of my second one, my fluence lights do not even get warm at those connections. Mars Hydro support told me they had fixed this problem several times for other customers by just re-connecting the melted parts so it must be a known issue. That does not solve the issue IMO, I do not trust these things to run unattended anymore would rather just buy new lights and not be worried.
