Leaves curling down is a sign of to much water most likely, probably no roots and sitting in old water. you should do a slurry test on your soil to check ph and ec. If you have added a Tru fertilizer then the problem is with uptake.

sorry, I haven't seen. yes, I have 2 plants, one is 27k, the other is 16k lux, but they both have the same problem

I only did watering when the pot was weak. i am planting the seed directly into the pot as it is an automatic seed, it may not have made a good root

the uv and ir part of the light is not working, I guess that's why I might be suffering from such problems?

i did what my experienced friends said. I watered the plant with flowering fertilizers. i brought the temperature to average values. but the result is zero. now I'm going to move the light from 20/4 to 18/6. let's see if this works

I don't see any signs of light stress. What i do see is signs of nutrient deficiency.

OK ... if those were your light levels across the top of your canopy, light stress it was not. Your LUX values of 27K and 16K in flower are pretty low.
With a 20/4 light schedule for your autos, your LUX values are providing a Daily Light Integral (DLI) of ~25 moles/day & ~16 moles/day. For one of your plants, that's providing a little more than 1/2 the recommended light intensity. For the other plant, you are providing less than 1/2.
The recommended DLI should be between 40 - 45 moles/day.
For your next endeavor, may I suggest:
- For AUTO's, aim for LUX values of ~43K from seed to harvest.
- For PHOTO's, aim for LUX values of ~43K during VEG and ~62K during 12/12.

Not for a healthy plant. My cuttings were transplanted Saturday and went under 43K LUX. This morning they are gently reaching up to the light without leaf "taco-ing". Exactly what I want to see.
You can go in stages. Set the LUX to 35K and if there is no negative effect on the plants after ~24 hours, you can increase it to 43K.
But I am not sure if it's going to help those plants recover - or even if we can even notice any recovery. This was why I suggested these light levels for your next grow.
