Turkey is stuffed and in the oven. I have a pic but the couch is preventing me from going to get the camera. Next up is tuna salad, pies are already cooked. I have plenty of time to make the mashed potatoes later.

Eggnog French toast worked fine, the French bread part didn't work so well, slices were too thick. It cooked faster also, had to watch it closely or it would burn. Added cinnamon and some nutmeg to the mix. Time for a nap.

Looks like the gelatin they use for potted and canned meat. I can honestly say I've eaten weirder and grosser food than that. Filipino food can get kinda out there if you're not raised with it.

We used apples and tin foil as bowls when we were kids or sometimes aluminum cans just folded over. @ANC had a cool story about using bottle necks carefully broken off. It sounds really cool and I might try it for fun sometime.

So to heat up leftover rare rib roast I cut off all the fat and rendered it out. I then cut up the meat into steak bites and heated it up in the rendered beef fat. It worked.
