Watering time with an aeroponic system and a 10 days old plants

Hi guys,
I have 2 plants in 2 EazyPlug for rooting.
Now can you please tell me what's the optimal watering time by using a normal aquarium pump 500l/h ?

How long and how many times for hour ?

i'm going to try 10 seconds every 3 minutes at the moment because i'm too scared to overwet her

overwatering happens when the medium becomes anairobic meaning the water doesnt have any o2 if you replace the water often its like a dwc allways fresh with o2
your medium is coco or rockwool basicly nothing medium that can get watered often

May I ask you if the roots will get enough oxygen even if they still are inside the Eazy plug?
