So, I'm not trying to be a dick, but that's not how any of this works, at all.
Typically when making canna butter you use bud, larf, of sugar leaf trim to make canna butter.
I'll break down our process:
- Grow female plant
- Strip all fan/non sugar leaves immediately before harvest
- Harvest and hang dry plant for ~2 weeks
- Trim plant
- Take good buds and jar them
- Take trim, larf buds and toss them in a freezer
- After a few days or however long make bubble hash
- Dry bubble hash
- Take dried bubble hash and put it in a Mason jar
- Add butter, crisco, oil, whatever to jar
- Loosely cover jar with lid
- Full crock pot with enough water it's about a inch from the top of the Mason jar when it's placed in the crock pot
- Run crock pot on low until the bubble stop.
- Strain and cool or just cool
- Use this for recipes

I agree that cured female flower makes a far superior butter/oil. But if your garden gives you only males, your choices are rather limited. You can smoke the dried male leaves or use for edibles.
Been many years - but I have smoked dried male leaves. They will give you a bit of a buzz but they are harsh AF. So rather than continue to harm the throat, I made some OK cannabutter with them. Slow boiled the tops in a 1 lb. of butter & water mix for a couple of hours. It was clearly not as good as any butter made with female flower. But when your garden gives you only males ... it was good enough.

Male plants don't have trichomes..........it takes trichomes from the female plants to make a potent cannabutter.

Yoo I hope so.. it looks nothing like the male no stick and ball type look I’m just waiting patiently.. And wanted to cut this male down before he fills her up with seeds..

Near the to i can see a calyx, it just hasnt pop her hair yet.. but shes female for sure.. next few days youll see hairs

My friend pull a leaf her and now that branch is hanging tryna see if I can clone it I don’t have any root hormones stuff tho. I was so pissed with her..

Bummer..cut the end at the break to clean up the end (cut at a 45° angel ) and just pot it in some soil.. make a mini green house out of a big zip loc or anything simular to keep humidity in.. it sould root around 10-14 days

Plain water can work just fine. Just change it daily or at least every couple days. Or just toss it in soil. The humidity dome is a good idea too, like fischer said if you do the soil method.
