Pakistani Chitral Kush

Has anyone ever grown Pakistani Chitral Kush/PCK before? I just started a few seeds and it’s growing like a short, stumpy, cactus or something. It does not like nutrients, and it always looks sad. I also have a PCK crossed with a Chem Dela, Chem , you can see the ones that are leaning more towards PCK because they look sad and they grow very slow. In the photos you can see everything that has PCK in it looks droopy, everybody else that looks alive and ready to go, does not. Most of my grow is either PCK or crossed with it. I need to make better life choices. Anyway, anybody with experience growing this please let me know if you have any advice.
Growing in living soil, environments on point temps humidity etc, using an HLG 600rspec, CO2.

Yeah, I agree, no matter how much water I put on there. It does not look like it’s wet unless I used big roots in the soil blend. I’ve had to start using a little bit of build a soil 3.0 and it’s really hydrophobic.
I like using big rootz but I’ve only found four bags where I recently moved in the entire city. When I water, it seems to just run straight through the soil or rolls right off the top. For me big rootz is better, I really like build a soil too, but the bags that I recently got were not like the bags that I had previously bought.

Roots don't grow in dry soil and plants need roots to take up nutrients and water to grow. I'd set the pots in something and water them good letting them sit in the water long enough for the soil to get wet.

Good luck

Not to side track your original question, but is there a reason you're trying to give it nutrients when it's in live soil? The purpose of live soil is to just add water, and then maybe some terp teas, molases etc. in the flowering stage. The soil should have enough nutrients to get it through the veg stage, at least. What brand live soil do you use?

I usually use big roots, but had to use some build a soil 3.0. The only nutrients that I add are flowering amendments 2 weeks before i flip it, and throughout the flowering stage. I also hit them with beneficial’s and tea once in veg and once during early flower.
