? It's all good though. They usually have a huge chunk and it's usually more like a Porterhouse. They didn't have much to choose from when we went to Safeway and they were only like $5 lb.

It was like 2:30AM when I made that, lol. I didn't do anything fancy this time. Just through it in a regular pan. Usually I sous vide them first, and then fry on a sizzling hot cast iron skillet. Felt lazy, but it still tasted good. I gotta have them rare-med rare.
