I have a question for you all. I notice the bodhi packs I buy from GLG look a certain way, and their packaging has looked consistent over the year I’ve been doing business with them.
However, I recently made a purchase from a different site I’m not too confident in, and the packs look a little different. The font on the twin flame golden sticker is different, the size of the golden sticker on dread bread is bigger, and also the dread bread is not heat sealed, rather it has a silver security sticker on it. Oh and the green freebie packs are bigger than the ones I receive from GLG.
The bottom four packs are the ones I’m concerned about. The top five packs I bought from GLG and they have had consistent looking packaging as every other bodhi pack I have purchased in the past.
Am I being paranoid? Has anyone else received packs that look like the bottom 4, or packs that are not heat sealed? Thanks in advance

It might help to know who you got them from? Also did you open the Garfunkle, or did it come that way? The lack of heat seal does seem odd, but if you were faking it you'd think you might try to have it look close to perfect if you're putting in this much effort to get close.

It's in the fridge so I don't have it in front of me but I received a freebie pack of Snow Monkey from GLG a few months ago that looked like that, in terms of size. It also had, like, 15 seeds in it, so...

Yea I forgot to say I opened the Garfunkle. The packs were from speakeasy. Good to hear about the snow monkey being the same, makes me feel better. All my bodhi packs include like 2 to 3 extra seeds as well. Very generous

I’ve never had a problem with them either. They are great…………except for not having a payment option from this millennium. I’ll pick up something from another bank if it’s easier to pay. And the chances of me fomo’ing into a pack is lower if I have to go to the post office. If I could hit 5 buttons on my phone and have a pack hit my door in a few days, it makes it easier to hit the buy button.

I guess there is that yeah, I live very close to a rural post office that is never busy so maybe I am in a unique position to have it be very easy for me. (-: oh and fomo is for sure a thing with them, when you make an order it is binding so I am on there a lot refreshing to make sure I get these drops before they are gone! I think all these 5 or at least 4 of them are now. I also have not used another seed bank since I found GLG and before that only Attitude waaaay back in the day... so yeah I guess my opinion is very jaded lol... good talk my friend :bigjoint:

One thing I wish Bodhi would do is put dates on seed packs. I'd love to buy some of those deadly genetics and not have them be beans that were made >5 years ago.

It may depend where you got them. Not gonna name names, but I got 3 packs a while back and two of those packs did not have beans that popped with "next level vigor" ... and trust me, I know "next level vigor" in seeds because I make most of the seeds for plants I grow.
Not that (seedbank X) are the only ones I got seeds from that seemed way past their prime.
I'm currently doing a run with seeds I made using a beautiful monster male Baba Kush from Bodhi, crossed with two F1's from someone else. Those beans popped like a hot-darn, and this time zero damping off (which I often suspect happens more easily in older seeds with less than "next level vigor"
Hey - can anyone suggest something Bodhi currently available from GLG that is knock-out indica potency? Big bonus would be something gassy, or skunky, or heavy piney/citrus.
