the thing most people who are eager to see Biden get fucked aren't taking into account, is that even if Biden is referred for further investigation (which is highly unlikely, even with a trump cocksucker leading the investigation) it will be the aide who was responsible for returning those papers who will be in trouble, all Biden could ever get personally is some kind of reprimand...
