Leaf curling

What is the worlds guess as to why the leaves are curling? Soil was bone dry I just watered because I thought it was from overwatering. The only thing that I just changed was turned my light up a little bit. Other than that everything is the same, Temps are good, humidity is good CO2, etc.
Side note: would turning up the light have a negative impact on seedlings?
I have some medium sized plants in here with them, so I was thinking more about them than the seedlings when I turned it up.

Yeah, the build a soil 3.0 is really weird. It is not consistent coming out of the bag. Sometimes the bag is like dust and sometimes it’s Rich and dark in color slightly moist. Everything does look really healthy outside of the curling which is what is puzzling me. Definitely watering with more care, turned down my light a little bit. Most of my plants have always been kind of vigorous and standing upright for the most part. It could be genetics, it literally has all the signs of overwatering but that’s not happening so here I am I guess
Some of my older plants are doing that as well, not just the seedlings
I’m thinking maybe it’s because they are super heavy Indica
Oh well, thank you all for your help

It's not bad to over analyze sometimes, it's a sign you have what it takes to be a grower. Always looking to perfect anything wrong. The pic in this post looks like they are drooping from not enough water. I know your in soil so you don't want to SOAK them but definitely see if keeping them a little more moist helps! Also, you're correct in regards to genetics, each plant will grow differently in some way or another even if you pull a pheno that resembles the advertised genetics.

I use a moisture meter to determine when they need more, if it’s a four or below out of 10 I will water. I water enough to soak the soil, but not enough to have drainage since I’m in living soil. I adjusted the lights to see if that was the issue. Thank you for all of your help!
