. The puppies are all Labs around me and will lick any intruder to death. The second pic is of a bear with really advanced mange. It was totally bald and very sick. That year was really bad for it. 
My big pup is not mean, just gets excited seeing new people, not to mention he's a 175lb South African Boerboel (Mastiff) and can be really imposing.Ours worry more about bears and banjo playing hillbillies
I had a Mastiff, Blacklab mix. He was the big guy of the litter. 128 pounds, but super sweet.
Ours was the runt of the litter - his mom went in the 160 range and actually came over from SA, his dad was pushing 240.
That's freakin huge, lol. Ours did have hip problems eventually, but he wasn't overweight at all. Yours looks healthy.

Beautiful dog! I love Mastiffs, we thought about getting a Tibetan Mastiff but my balance has gotten so bad I wouldn't be able to train or excercise them enough. Both my wife and I love giant breeds of all kinds and if she had her way my house would be owned by Newfies, Mastiffs and Swiss Mountain dogs.
That is a very valuable service that they unknowingly offered because they are/were good people. They have saved lives doing that and it's good to hear that it continues.
