I spray every 2 days doctor zymes and been oil so I don’t think it is pest or mold.

You spray every 2 days?
There's at least one of your problems.
Not sure what been oil is, I'm assuming you meant NEEM OIL
Either way, you should never spray your plants that often
Why are you spraying to begin with?
More info like medium, nutrients etc will help give a better overall understanding of what you have going on here.

I have literally sprayed my plants zero times ever. Spraying should be a last resort in most cases

I like to add sprays into my ipm routines. People get crazy as you know... 'if I spray it once and that's good then spray 10x more must be 1000x better'. *Spritz spritz spritz*
The only time i had pest issues was in ffof. Went the sticky trap and gnatrol route.
Spraying down plants on the regular is right up there with the other most common problems in the plant problem forum

There's some stuff I like to spray like kelp, and chitosan. But I don't do it often. It's definitely overdone by some

Looks like a really early stage calcium deficiency, IMO it looks like spots from within the leaf rather than deposits or "bites" onto it. What kind of dirt u using?

I have been spraying because I had these weird yellow spots on my leaves, which I thought were thrips. I stopped spraying and I’m just letting the plant recover.

the yellow spottingseemed To go away with epsom salt so I stopped the spraying.Last Friday was the last spray.

medium is soil
Drip hydro power si nutrients.

this is my second grow so I’m still new

Ok. Does that have a nutrient charge? I don't use that stuff so I'd have to look it up too. Sorry been busy in the basement with the ladies!

light charge.
I have only added drip hydro nutrients
Power si .5 ml per gal
base a 10ml per gal
Base b 10 ml per gal
Camg 2 ml gal
Total enzymes every 2-3 weeks for root cleaning.
Ph to 6.2

led lights(50%)

The weird thing here is Thrips lay eggs underneath the leaves as do most other insects that I'm aware of..
