I can minimize the browser but I can't totally shut it down because I have like 30 tabs open with work stuff lol

When I minimize it and go back it's there. But it should stay the same just like if I was in the middle of typing out a sentence. The phone has had more updates and has been restarted a bunch of times. Don't know if that helps.

Close the RIU tab only, reboot and reopen a new RIU tab, see if that solves it
