I think the other half live 3 weeks with all the predators around lol i watch the hatch size of turkeys and geese dwindle in numbers by the day when they have them it seems. 6 one day 2 or 3 couple days laterTurkeys only live 3 years ,I heard.

Nope, they have hunting and trapping seasons.Not trying to start a fight but I thought beavers were protected in the US (maybe not there)?
I get to go turkey hunting every Spring with the Wounded Warrior Foundation guys and it's one of my favorite hunts. Last year we had a kid that was legally blind come with us and he got a bird using a camera mounted on the scope and a spotter. Here's mine from two years back.Turkeys only live 3 years ,I heard.

I was our back practicing with this call and had a gobbler up on the ridge just losing his mind lol. Everytime I hit the call he'd gobble back. Hope he's around in a couple weeks when season opens. It's the first bird I've gotten to gobble with that damn wing bone call. It's way harder than diaphragm calls and I'm determined to get a bird with it.I saw one today near ivy,all puffed up.lol
