Led light blue red vs white bar lights

I have a blue/red type led light with uv and a bar light with white and red leds without uv. It seems like my plants stretch under the bar light. I’ve been carefully monitoring and moving my plants, but they stretch overnight. Does the light with uv keep them from stretching so fast or is that in my head? I’m at 1100 ppfd on most plants and they were at 900 ppfd yet stretched a bit to get to the 1100. It’s super hard to monitor the stretch since it happens really fast. It seems like they grow slower under the blue red leds and therefore have less stretch. Please let know your thoughts.

Do you have the settings correct for you light? I believe some phones need a sheet of 28# (I could be wrong) layed over the top of the sensor to be accurate.

Yes the paper is correct one. The plants are praying now, but they were stretching at 900 to ppfd to get to the 1100

Pics? Are you sure they just aren't growing?

you could try 24/0 for less stretch. or with the 18/6 try to keep on/off temps close

you got all kinds of issues going on: tip burn, deficiencies, leaf margins curling up.

If they are in veg still that's a lot of light. Your dli, if the PPFD is accurate it probably too high.
