Grove Bags?

I have read a few threads about the grove bags. Besides the marketing hype, does anyone have any insight on the science behind the mylar bags? What makes Grove so much better than others (dragonchewer)? Are there other knockoffs with the same features?
Not trying to rehash old arguments. I am very interested in down sizing jar storage.

I couldn't find anywhere on Dragonchewer bags where it said it had humidity control like the Grove bags. Grove bags are my new go to. I've cured in them and stored in them... Terps are good.

I just received 20 of the windowed 1/4 lb bags, but haven’t had a chance to cure in them so I can only comment on shipping and my initial impression for the quality of the bags. I ordered from the grove bags website.
Shipping was $20 and my 20 grove bags came folded in half in a green plastic bag… The green plastic bag did a poor job protecting the grove bags and the bag on the outside of the fold obtained a small tear during shipping. So order more than you need because their packaging (or lack thereof) leaves a lot to be desired. Shipping costs also seem inflated when compared to other online retailers. The only shipper was FedEx, cheapest option being $20.
As for build quality, the bags are thinner than 10mm (5mm each side) $25 mylar food storage bags I got from Amazon (for a package of 100 in assorted sizes). The film making up the grove bags also feel less durable, but this could be partly due to the grove bags not having any foil between layers of plastic, unlike the mylar bags. Additionally, the grove bag zipper feels cheesy in comparison to the generic mylar bags.
I’ll update in a month or so after I’ve had a chance to cure with them.

It's vaccum bags with a pot leaf. People been using vaccum bags for a long time. The pot leaf logo isn't secret alien technology. People keep their shit too wet in jars. Vacc bags have always produced superior product. That's the secret.
I've never in my life met a serious grower who uses jars. Says alot about the mindset of people who fall for pot branded generic vacc bags.

I have many half and 1/4 pound groves...they have made the mason jars....get reserved for actual pickles..this year.
But my 2 cents...get 1/4 pound groves...they FIT in your vac sealer.. 1/2 pound do not
and a 1/4 pound grove holds 6 oz of fluffier buds and 8 to 10 oz of dense ass buds...
I love my groves.

To be honest I don't know if they are any different than mylar bags. I've never used mylar bags so I don't have a comparison. They work for holding the RH, but they don't seem to adjust any on their own. I'm still using Boveda packs before I put them in. I mainly like the Grove Bags for the the space saving aspect.

Straight to the vendor site. I paid like 2 dollars a bag for some Murica 2 ounce bags and less than 4 a bag for some 1/4 pound bags.

I'd have gotten the 1/4 lb bags but they only had ones with the "window." I want plain black bags so got the 1/2 lb ones. They just came today and seem good.

Just got in some 2 oz and 1/4 pound bags. I was able to comfortably fit 3 Oz of Romulan x Cherry bomb into a 2 oz bag.
