I just realized my father was in all 3 airborne units over the years. 82nd, 173rd, 101st.
I gave all the patches I had to my son, the SHAPE one was my favorite.
That one seemed to scare senior officers mostly.

I had a change in work territory, someone is quitting, mostly going to work in coastal NH and southern area going forward.
Change of scenery, mostly for the worse. About 300 square miles of area to cover.
