And a few i know have and also many respected breeders say they have too n however i think if we were to genetically test these "males" found in s1s i think we would find there herms just very very male leaning i could be wrong but id be curious to see the results if anyone ever does it

I had a full blown male from a pack of feminized seeds. I have no idea if its just a seed that didn’t get treated a straight mix up somehow or what but it definitely can happen. Lesson i learned was to verify every plant asap regardless

It can happen. Most people dont realize there is a reason they are called feminised seed and not just female. Out of hundreds or maybe a thousand or few there is always the risk of a full male popping up.
But as the op was suggesting/asking, just because there are male plants around it wont suddenly turn your feminised plants into full blown males.

Yeah but when it happens if we sequenced its genes do you think it be 100% male? I know its theoretically possible using todays current knowledge but im still not a believer entirely i think if these males come from s1s and not random pollen mix ups or contamination they wont be true males genetically if u test them i could be wrong of course hopefully one day we get the awnser

In probably most cases they are probably herms displaying mostly male. But the possibilities of having a full blown male are always there. Could be some sort of built in survival mechanism. All it would take is one male in a field of thousands of females for the genetics to survive to the next generation. Im not sure how well its been looked into scientifically. What would be the genetics of a feminised plant ? Im sure in some way it would still cary xy, perhaps feminised would xyx, but the technical stuff isnt my thing.

That's what i wonder too yeah its not currently been researched in cannabis very much i know with other plants its possible

Feminized seeds are not 100% guaranteed to be female, and the likelihood of getting a full-on male is roughly 1%. Although low, still possible.

As stated, you're more likely to get an unstable hermaphrodite rather than a true male. My opinion? --unless you're growing for profit or growing meds for patients, I wouldn't worry about this too much. Worst likely thing that'll happen is you might get a few seeds in your bud, big whoop, it won't affect personal head-smoke.

I really dont grow fem beans very often, but the few times i have its been all girls.
The few beans i have found trimming have been female as well.

This is what i got in a fem pack. It sure looked full male to me and I didn’t find a single pistil on it but either way it was gone

That definitely isnt a herm.

Rodelazation sometimes occurs when feminized plants are allowed to get too ripe and they throw "nanners", seeds produced from this will be female. But feminized seeds are not a 100% guararntee of all females. Nature finds a way!
