All of the above. She’s never dried up enough in those cups, some kind of bug, either a mag defiency or too much light or both. Transplant and neem oil imo.

I dont want to add any more confusion for the OP but I'm not seeing mite damage. There's some cellular damage on the those leaves for sure, but it looks like water stress and the beginning stages a Cal or P issue. My guess is Cal because its first in line and those fairly young seed plants.

Can someone point out where they spotted the mites? Just want to be sure I didnt skip over it.

If we're talking about pic 4, that doesnt look like damage from 2 spotted spider mites. With that amount of scarring, if it were mites, there would be webbing, droppings, and you'd likely see them with the naked eye. They're not really that small when compared with other mites like broads or russets.

In his first post, second picture it's the black dots and white pattern.

Then he posted this. Take a close look at pic #2. He needs better magnification.

The key is that no other leaves are affected. If it was mites there would be damage on other leaves.
I think Nutty sKunK called it in post 14, moisture stress, IMO.

I don’t see any sign of Spider Mite in either of them, that second photo had plenty of magnification a spider mite would have looked like an elephant with that much zoom.
I think all in all they look pretty good, might have had a bit of hot potting mix to start with and is probably overwatering a bit.

I hope that's right, like I said he needs more magnification to be sure. It wouldn't be the first grow caught early. Anyway I've only had them once and it's been awhile so I could certainly be wrong and it would be good if I was.

I don’t see any mite damage. Spider mite damage (early) shows as little clusters of white spots. I’m pretty sure that those white spots are the reflection off of the little hair cells on the leaves. They are too regular and patterned to be mite damage. OP, how long did you cook your soil mix? Did you use a recipe, or just kinda wing it? Are you using RO water, or tap ? This is too early to be showing deficiencies from a good soil mix, but it looks like Ca/P to me.

Yeah I agree. OP needs better magnification. That leaf looks close to the bottom so it could be debris from the substrate.

So just thought I'd let yall know i went to my hydroponic store and bought this stuff called TAKE DOWN. The guy at the store told me he uses it for his plants for bugs. I would have liked to get something that was organic and what not but I unfortunately didn't really have the funds for some $40 and up spray. This was $15 so my options were rather limited as far as that goes.

So i sprayed them about 15 mins before the lights go off as directed. Unfortunately my squirt bottle kinda just "sprayed" like rain drops not so much a mist. So i used a little brush and my hands (with gloves) to get it on my plants. The directions say to do it again in a week or 2.

I see that some of you guys thinks its mites, and some don't. I hope its not, but if it is mites I hope this "TAKE DOWN" shit works.

As far as to much moisture or over watering, I have been waiting till the plants are drooping over because they need water. So far I've waterd them once a week. I started using recharge when I water once a week. And I ph the water @ 6.4 every time.

The soil i have used so far is black gold seed starter mix with happy frog mixed together to start the seeds a 50 50 mix then when i transplanted i put in a peat base soil with all the nutrients in it. Its from a local farm, its called "rabbit creek farm easy grow soil" (easygrowsoil.com) I used it on my first grow and it worked good. The guy at the hydro store swears by it. I wish I knew all the ingredients to explain what's in it.

The last thing I wanted to ask you guys is after i sprayed/ paint brushed/ rubed on the TAKE DOWN on my plants I noticed the top of my leaves have little white bumps on them. I'm hoping that its just part of thr plant.

I will include some pictures, if you zoom in you can see the white things that I hope are supposed to be there

Here’s the problem. You’re best not waiting for them to droop before watering. That’s stress. It’ll eat up the youngest leaves in order to survive.

Try to water before droop. I find it’s usually every 2-3 days for plants established in their pots

Take down isn’t allthat cheap and seems mostly for outdoor
It’s oil based I don’t use that kind of treatment due to residual left behind
Almost any citrus based product is as cheap or cheaper without long term effects
If I even used takedown indoors I would only treat soil and grow area not my plants

I don’t see any signs of bugs here or any of your other pictures. Spider mites you can see without magnification on the back of the leaves, they’ll look like little black dots and you’ll see them move around.
