How do you make the world’s largest Irish coffee? With 165 gallons of coffee, 50 gallons of Irish whiskey, 25 gallons of simple syrup, and about 25 gallons of heavy whipped cream.

I accomplished baking the bread. Just pulled the sourdough rye out of the oven. The top kind of exploded. I probably should have misted it with a little water. I can still get some slices from it. It's Reubens for dinner.

I just finished freezing the left over sourdough waffles. They are yummy (yes I tasted and no I do not eat them), hub however hoovers them LOL
