Leaf diagnosis?

Hello fellow stoners! Decided to take up the craft again and start another grow just looking for some additional input I am sort of new to growing this will be my 5th full run. I am thinking that this would be a PH problem from what I’ve looked up online but also don’t know because I’ve never exactly dealt with PH imbalance. The tap water from the last house was a good 6.5 so I didn’t need to do any balncing.
Growing medium is coco
Growing nutrients are Gaia Green All purpose 4-4-4
And worm castings.
2x2 grow tent
LED light
72-78 degrees.
18 on 6 off
I think that’s all the required info let me know if I’m missing something.

I threw away my PH kit thinking I wasn’t gonna need it anymore lol but I’m thinking I’ll go get a ph kit again. Didn’t know if it was overwatering and nutrient lockout.

I just fed with all purpose as I had transplanted and mixed it into the soil so it has been fed should I feed with a top dressing?
Some Epsom salt might help. It's just magnesium sulfate. Works faster as a foliar spray, but watering it in is ok too. It won't hurt anything. Not a bad idea to check the pH either, but looks more like just Mg deficiency to me. Another amendment that's good to have is Langbeinite (sul-po-mag). I think it's better than the Epsom for soil grows. I wouldn't add a bunch more Gaia now if you just added some. It takes awhile to break down. A little extra Mg isn't gonna hurt it though. They look good. I think it's just the very beginning of a deficiency.

Can I guess? I need the post count lol.

Ph off of course. But for coco and worm castings? Like how much EWC, mixed in, or just top dressing? Watering is off for coco most likely but with ewc? Dunno. Led likes a little warmer than 78, I'd get the temp to 80 or slightly higher so they can transpire better. These things can cause a def.

Quantum meter helps a lot as well.

Just an opinion, no need to take me seriously.

Looks to me like it's getting used to your 444/coco. Looks like it was too hot for it hence the burning leaves curling up wards. I bet they start to grow out of it as it settles into the medium. Did you cook your dry amendments or just mix and plant?
The Gaia green 4-4-4 and 2-8-4 I use gets fairly warm for a few days when it cooks. I like to let it sit a week at least before use. But you can mix and plant but there is a higher risk of burning.
I am not familiar with using coco. My experience is with Gaia green and promix.

Did no “cooking”. Didn’t really know this was a thing. My first time using coco but also first time using Gaia green nutrients as well. It’s been transplanted and the signs did only show up after I transplanted to coco used some organic soil medium at first. There’s 25% worm castings in the mixture. Felt like a lot to me but hey I’m following a regimen to test it and I’m having problems lol

I think Canuck switched to soil mixed with Gaia green. I think Gaia mixed with coco seems to give alot of people problems.
Next time use Gaia with promix or something similar and let it cook a couple weeks before using it and I bet you have great results.
I do this and top dress every few weeks in flower.
Also if you veg a long time your pot will run out of available food, so will need to topdress in that situation as well

I do watch him this is my first time copying his grow method with the coco I usually use organic roots soil and nutrients.
You may wish to go back to what worked but mixing coco with soil amendments is neither hydro nor soil so how exactly does one handle that when coco needs to be wet and when you water soil you're releasing nutrients. Best of luck on this and I hope it works out for you.

IMHO it looks like tip burn. Maybe some PPMs too high. Next watering, get some runoff going. Could be a good time to put into a larger pot that has some mycorrhizae.

How much epsom salt should be added at a time?

Wow that explains a lot. I have several autos suffering burns in coco using Gia veg. I just bought some pro-mix hp for my photos to be transplanted into, now I know! Thank you so much.

I know this might sound dumb but what would be the likelihood of survival if I just removed the plant from this dumb coco…..like washed the roots off and just ya know was extra careful planting it

also the plant was just transplanted a couple weeks ago I’m thinking if I basically wash off the outside and keep my first initial planting I just don’t know if it will stress it or not and I only have this one seed and it’s from a personal bag I got so I can’t get another of this exact strain. I just need this plant to survive I already lost one of my other one seed strains I really liked due to a cat.
