its just obvious to me the bible is a very correct historical collection of books

im not saying i can follow all of its principles just that its correct alot

no youre all fine i just have to read it all, and im on vacation and this morning i had to read endless adamant that science apparently doesnt exsist

I loathe religion and its ridiculous claims

Religion based arguments remind me of playing with a 6 year old as best as i can describe it
you are playing sword fight and you "stab" the young one and they go " well no i cant be stabbed because i have a magical shield "
okay so i have a magical shield removal fighting power
6 year old no you cant do that because i have magical magical shield protecting powers!

that is how religious based argument's seem to me god allows starving children because he cant intervene anymore DUH! god is kind humans are horrible! duh! (mean while the entire old testament is riffled with god being a violent)

King James, Catholic??? Koran??? Torah?

You know that King James struck some of the early writings out of the bible?? And was a closet homosexual. Not that makes a crap of difference to me.

In the Book of wisdom, it states.

And the animals that lived in the water, came to live on the land, and the animals that lived on land, went to live in the water. Inferring EVOLUTION.

I think religion is all bullshit, but to each their own. Id never ban it. I went to a Catholic school in the 60s, and 70s and was taught evolution was real, and that the earth was Billions of years old, and that this does not contradict anything the bible says. And in the early 90s, the pope of that time, also came out and said Evolution is more than a Theory.
The bible says god made man in his own image, but it does not go into the process of how it was done.

And nobody says we came from monkeys, or apes. Scientists say we had common ancestors.

Humans, and Chimps share 96% of the exact same DNA. THIS is a Scientific fact. But that 4% makes a huge difference.
