it isn't in the reading, it's in the interpretation...
you can interpret it to mean that any asshole can own any weapon, no matter how dangerous and un-needed, no matter how little use it has besides murdering people...or you can interpret it to mean that people should be allowed to own reasonable weapons to protect themselves and their families.
you don't need a bazooka, an rpg, a machine gun, a sniper rifle, 50+ round clips, armor piercing ammunition, bump stocks, or ghost guns to protect your family.
And "constitutional carry" is the biggest fucking joke ever...that HAS to go, nation wide.
It's so easy to interpret it to say what you want it to say, but that doesn't mean the authors had that idiocy in mind, in fact they couldn't have, the shit didn't exist at that time.
