I dunno about the timeline of the trials not many do, but I do know Donald is ripping the GOP apart and that includes fox. He is putting an effective majority for the democrats within reach, and he is getting a lot of help from the magats in the house and even senate. If the democrats win an effective majority in 24, fox is as good as gone and with other changes it could trigger a "tipping point". You might not have to wait for those demographic and generational changes. I am hoping for a conviction on the documents and obstruction cases before the election though, especially the obstruction, it's an easy lift and these things proceed quickly. Not to worry they will nail the fool for something before the election and people who make deals plead guilty early in conspiracy cases.
