Transplanting clones from an aeroponic cloner

Typically how long do clones take to recover from transplanting?
They looked very healthy when they came out of the cloner, nice big roots and I think I transplanted them carefully enough, although they did flop quite badly for a day or so, then perked up a little after thatbut they don’t appear to be growing yet. It’s been a week today.
Are they just stressed and getting the roots established in the medium?
The pots are fairly small but you’d still expect them to get bigger in those.
I’m still only giving them about 100-150 ppfd the medium is wet but not overly so with a light nutrient & root stimulator mix.

Thanks!

Oh…I thought I had a picture of them as they are now but appears I don’t, I will add one later but the pic I have included shows the roots at it came out of the cloner.

Those roots shouldn’t be brown
You either put something in your cloner to cause that or you have a virus
They may recover in soil but mine are never brown
Break out the bleach and a toothbrush and clean that thing
I use pool shock also and like I say. mine are always white

Yeah thanks, the nutrient solution I use in the reservoir is brown, it’s Shogun ‘start’ obviously it’s dilute but the neat stuff is very dark so I’m not surprised the roots could look a little stained.

Well if it helps I have never lost a plant with that many established roots
Best I can offer is patience
They almost always recover
