What deficiency is this?

COM stonington soil with their 5-2-4 organic plant food and 5-13-0 buds and bloom. Did a second feeding two days ago. Did the first feeding of the 5-2-4 but at half the recommended dosage.

Time to look at another source of potting soil and dry nutes.

Soil medium is ridiculously low in NPK ratios - the “ organic plant food “ is only slightly better. But the “ bloom “ feed has zero potassium ( ???? ) WTH ?

Bloom -
NPK (5-13-0) with 18% Calcium

I would take that “ organic “ only type of feeding with a grain of salt - there are other soil blends and dry fertilizer that will last thru grow and not peace meal certain elements.

Dr. Earth Premium Gold fertilizer/ Flower Girl for bloom.

Your plants are starving for a complete feed - probably from the start ( as shown by size ). Also notice the plant in background with purpling stems ( usually an uptake problem ).

Besides COM products are pricier than what you can source locally or online.

Thank you for the info Buddha. I'll do some research on medium for the next grow.
Would it be wise to get better nutes and try to save them?
PH is between 6.3 and 6.7. Noticed the purplish color coming on after I watered so I'll do a runoff test this next watering. It has progressed significantly in two days.

His pee probably has more micronutrients than the bloom. The relative ratios human urine are typically around 11 parts nitrogen to 1 part phosphorus to 2.5 parts potassium. So i would say yes.

But seriously tho - Jacks classic 20-20-20 or even a simple 5-5-5 / 4-4-4 type of garden fertilizer would run circles around that “ boutique crap “.

Thank you gentlemen I appreciate all of the info.
Is there anything I can do quickly to help mitigate the issues?
Organic nutrients take awhile to break down and become available. I'm also surprised the Buds and Bloom has no K. And you want to keep the soil moist so the microbes can break down the topdressing.

Looks quite hungry...the Coast of Maine potting mix is fine but they recommend at least a 15-gallon pot. With organic/water-only soil, the bigger the better.

The 5-2-4 is probably fine, too, although the application directions are a bit confusing. For amending the soil and top-dressing, maybe look at the label from something like Espoma Garden-tone or Gaia Green 4-4-4, and just follow their guidelines for container plants or vegetables. I doubt you really need the bloom stuff, which is probably just bone meal...
