Seeds Here Now - AVOID THEM!!

My initial order had several bad seeds which I contacted them about. After several weeks of no response more bad seeds so I contacted them again to deal with the most insincere passive agressive team ever. I was promised replacement seeds which I still dont have (due to issues with Waave they say), because they wont just send you replacements. They have to be credited and you are not allowed to use the credit towards shipping costs (brilliant) and now Waave wont accept a perfectly good credit card for the shipping. The seeds were over priced and poor quality. They failed to replace the seeds as promised. Shop elsewhere!

Good to know. Too many good banks and breeders out there to deal with poor customer service.

Not saying your a scammer at all

I have friends that owns a growing seed bank and i dropped the ball by not buying into the bank!

The amount of scammers on seed replacement is insane! Then factor in real life variables like storage shipping and legit duds and wallah huge markup

I was told as high as 70% of the people asking for replacements are scammers and 2.5 out of every 10 new customers ask for replacements on the first order and never come back if they do its under new email

soon computer program will track all of this my friend had a policy to replace first pack each time to be nice one guy opened up 6 accounts and ordered packs complained and my friend didnt catch it until the last order so guy got double each order

seed bank are sketched out bc mellon heads trying to get free beans

Then that light bulb went off in my head to make the connection to what you said.. to what I see... This acct was made to make this BS complaint.. they're probably gonna make account with each email used at the bank to make separate complaint threads.
Give it some time.. a brand new member will roll up backing the OP.

I don't use them, and I will continue not to use them, but I also don't understand why we have any reason to trust you. This is in the wrong sub forum, there's no evidence you know what you're doing, and you seem to only care about disparaging shn.

This isn't yelp. Your word only goes as far as your social standing, and you have none.

So many people blame the seeds when it's their own inexperience that's the cause of poor germination rates etc. The only 2 times I ever complained about seeds was one time years and years ago I ordered from joti and the beans came in the vile already popped with tails coming out. After an email, and a picture he sent me 2 free packs of the nlights in question and a freebie pack of a diff strain. Granted I've been ordering from them for a long time and had cx history with them but still that was great cx service
The other time was a 300$ order from ripper that never arrived. I emailed them and they sent the whole order again to me. I ended up getting the first order almost 6mnths after and they told me to keep it.

Sorry to hear. I had a few seeds that germinated then died right away. I called ILGM who I bought them from to ask what I may have done wrong. Without me even asking they replaced the seeds within two days without my even realizing they were doing it. They have my biz fer sure.

Let me know if I’m breaking any rule mentioning the company...
