It's totally fine to switch nutrients mid grow. Try to keep the NPK ratios and PPM similar during the transition, but really it's nothing to worry about.
One thing I will say, though, is to be careful about MIXING nutrients from different brands. Sometimes that can have bad chemical reactions. But switching from one nutrient to another mid grow is fine.
