Cubensis liquid culture…legal? What changed??

Legal, just like weed seeds they contain no active ingredient. Obviously local law can be problematic though.....

If a spawn jar were to fruit/pin that could be deemed narcotics trafficking so..

What was your source mr sift? Been doing research to try a grow and was looking for LC the other night. The LGS sells Coast2Coast LC but I couldn't find much info on them so I was hesitant. Looking for GT and PE, possibly B+

Everything but one jar is now spawned to tubs or straw logs. Thinking about trying to do some shrooms in a tray; just got a nice “Martha” mini greenhouse so imma try doing a tray in there just for fun. If things start to go off I’ll post it here

Should try the gordotek with some pans that’s what I’m about to start. He has a greenhouse tek for them too.

Pan cyans; would love to try growing those. Good luck. Imma keep it super simple and try a 50/50 coco/verm sub in a shallow 9x9 tin tray. I got an extra jar of “blue meanie” spawn left but it’s not Copelandia aka panaleous; just regular old cubensis. Whoever named this variety blue meanie should be taken out and shot.

Ok so my PE6 tub is fucked. Trichoderma again; my old nemesis. It may still fruit but looks bad. Green shit all over the sub. The blue meanie tub looks ok so far I’ll toss up pics if it starts pinning. I have one more jar of healthy spawn imma try doing some trays in my Martha. Stay tuned…in other news…
My golden oyster mushrooms are starting to grow. I cut a few slits in the straw logs and a few tiny pins are coming through. Again..pics when there’s something interesting enough to show y’all. Peace

Liquid culture? You mean like in a syringe? Relax. Those are for microscopy only. Just don't let the cops find your grain bags with injection ports.

Not really. Syringes may contain spores which, according to general understanding and various state laws contain zero psychoactive.

Tissue culture is, effectively, liquid culture. It has actually mycelium in it. Mycelium contains active alkalosis, at times significant amounts.

Technically, such tissue is illegal as there is no minimum amount of your preferred chemical that would be legal.

I suspect that eventually, the feds if not the individual states or both, will crack down on tissue vendors.

There are always loopholes opening and closing in the drug world.

Many MANY years ago, we could purchase "decocanated" coca leaves.
Well, they weren't, and for five dollars one could purchase enough leaves for a dozen mildly intoxicating and rather pleasant tasting cups of coca tea.

And then, we could purchase poppies from ebay, about $100 could get you 20 cups worth of very affective doses of opium.

And now we can still get very effective lsd analogs that are indistinguishable from the real thing (to the uninitiated...i waa rather disappointed actually).
Tissue culture WILL Be discovered and halted. If you can get some, do so and preserve it while you can.

It’s an amazing time to be alive. Several well known spore vendors are now selling liquid cultures of cubensis which I am sure in the past was never a thing. Not sure if the laws have changed or if it’s just that since LCs are sort of a grey area anyway it’s fathomable that law enforcement has given up trying to bust online vendors for selling harmless mycologist supplies. Seems unlikely that a jury would punish someone for selling unidentified mycelium that do not yet contain active psychoactive compounds. Could see the cops busting you for carrying a sack of mushrooms in your person but a syringe of mycelium or a lc in your fridge could probably go unnoticed unless the cop knew what they were looking at. Does anyone know what changed to make cubensis LCs available?
Yes Donald Trump has said to make medical mushrooms more accessible so that's what it is
